1. This is a bit difference than other Vita Science creams, it has a fresh minty fragrance and bright feel when you rub it in.

2. Like other Vita products, there is no residue or greasy effect. 

3. This should NOT be taken before bed it does give you some pep during the day if yoiu are feeling dull or off your game, a great alternative to energy drinks.
